Online Catering

Welcome to our online hospitality ordering form


For internal bookings between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, you can place an order using the online booking form up to three working days in advance. For evening events (after 4:00pm) and weekend bookings, please email functions@napier.ac.uk with your request. Evening and weekend orders must be submitted at least 10 working days in advance. Our current internal food and beverage offering can be viewed here (DO NOT USE Internal Catering Pack).

If you need to amend an order submitted via the online form prior to your event or meeting, please contact the appropriate campus catering team by email:

Amendments will be made where possible, and confirmation will be sent once changes are agreed. All cancellations must be confirmed by email. Charges apply as follows:
  • More than 5 working days’ notice: No charge
  • Between 3 and 5 working days’ notice: 50% charge
  • Less than 3 working days’ notice: Full charge
